Students@SC
The Students@SC program brings together the student community at the conference. The goals are to promote diversity, build community among all student programs, and better integrate student attendees into the broader conference. In aggregate, the various Students@SC sub-programs target 150 – 200 students. To achieve this, we are seeking support from companies and research organizations for these activities outlined below. Student Cluster Competition
The Student Cluster Competition (SCC) is an HPC multi-disciplinary experience integrated within the HPC community’s biggest gathering, the Supercomputing Conference. The competition is a microcosm of a modern HPC center that teaches and inspires students to pursue careers in the field. It demonstrates the breadth of skills, technologies and science that it takes to build, maintain and utilize a supercomputer. The SCC is funded by the SC conference and by generous sponsors who understand the importance of building the next generation of HPC. If you are interested in sponsoring the SCC, please contact us for sponsorship levels and benefits. Sponsorship levels range from $5,000 to $25,000.

Students@SC Dinner with Interesting People
The Students@SC Dinner with Interesting People brings together our SC student community with our SC professional community. Tables are organized with 1–2 professionals with 8 – 9 students sitting at each table. $5,000 will support about 50 students. Depending on level of support, supporting organizations will be invited to provide an interesting person for the event. and will be recognized by signs or table tents displayed in the venue. Student/Postdoc Job Fair
Reserve your table at the SC16 Student/Postdoc Job Fair to be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 16. Registration fees are $500 for SC16 exhibitors and $1000 for non-exhibitors. To ensure your organization is represented, register as early as possible by completing the registration form at: http://iebms.heiexpo.com/sc/SC16StudentJobFairForm.pdf.
Students@SC Travel Support
Students@SC Travel Support will bring students who would otherwise not be able to attend the conference. It costs about $1,500 to support a single student to attend and participate in one of the student programs. To learn more, contact support.students@info.supercomputing.org

SCinet Contributors Program: Vendors and Volunteers
Created each year for the Conference, SCinet brings to life a very high-capacity network that supports the revolutionary applications and experiments that are a hallmark of the SC Conference. SCinet Scholarship Fund
The SCinet Scholarship Fund offers sponsors an opportunity to support both SCinet and IT professionals by donating funds to help volunteers participate in the SCinet effort. Donations to the fund must be declared to the SCinet Chair or Management team no later than Monday, July 18, 2016 in order to be considered. SCinet Diversity Program
The SCinet Diversity program provides travel funds for women in their early to mid-career to participate in SCinet. SCinet offers a unique opportunity for mentorship and skill-building with well-known engineering experts in the research and education networking community. This successful program has been previously funded through the National Science Foundation (NSF) and will look to continue in SC16. Media partnerships
The SC16 conference welcomes working partnerships with media covering high performance computing, networking, Big Data, cloud, storage and analysis. Such partnerships are established with the goal of disseminating conference news, deadlines and other pertinent information, including participation opportunities with the conference to key audiences while helping the media organizations raise awareness of their publications among SC attendees.
