Abani Patra
Biography
Abani Patra has a PhD in Computational and Applied Mathematics from University of Texas with research interests in computational mathematics, large scale computing, data intensive sciences, cyberinfrastructure, HPC monitoring and measurement and sustainable scientific software. He currently directs the Computational and Data Science Program at University of Buffalo. He has also been the principal developer of mass flow hazard analysis software with a very large user base.
