Alexandru Calotoiu
Biography
Alexandru Calotoiu is pursuing a Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Wolf. He has been working with Prof. Wolf as part of the Laboratory for Parallel Programming at the German Research School for Simulation Sciences since 2011 and is now part at the Laboratory for Parallel Programming at the Computer Science Department of Technische Universität Darmstadt. He is the main designer and developer of the automated performance modeling method that will be presented in this tutorial.
Alexandru has been involved in many courses, seminars, and tutorials such as "Computer System Architecture", "Software Project Management", "Simulation Sciences Laboratory", "Parallel Programming", and the Scalasca tutorial of the Virtual Institute – High Productivity Supercomputing.
