Eric Hein is a PhD student in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His research seeks to guide the design of high-bandwidth memory systems and near-memory accelerators for the next generation of dynamic, data-irregular applications through benchmark design, cycle-accurate simulation, and evaluation of emerging HPC systems.
