Henry Neeman is an Assistant Vice President for Information Technology and Research Strategy Advisor at the University of Oklahoma, the founding Director of the OU Supercomputing Center for Education and Research (OSCER) — a division of OU IT — as well as an Associate Professor of Engineering and adjunct faculty in Computer Science. He is also co-lead of the OneOklahoma Cyberinfrastructure Initiative, a collaboration among supercomputing centers in Oklahoma that to date has provided ten different kinds of capabilities, from systems to workforce development, that have served 100 institutions and organizations across the state — 52 academic and 48 industry, government and non-profit.
