Jack Harris

Biography
Dr. Jack Harris has worked on a range of computing initiatives over the last 15 years as a military officer, government civilian and scientist in the commercial sector. As an active duty officer at MacDill AFB, he garnished experience in the information technology domain as the officer-in-charge of network security. Dr. Harris continued his service as an officer and later as a civil servant at the Air Force Research Laboratory where he directed both the programmatic and technical development of cyber initiatives for classified real-time simulation networks. Upon completing a joint Ph.D. in the areas of Computer Science and Cognitive Science, Dr. Harris focused on producing novel methodologies to leverage large-scale computing technologies for the evaluation of cognitive models. Dr. Harris now heads his own company, InfiniteTactics, as a research scientist at Wright Patterson, AFB in the area of large-scale data analytics supporting Engility and the DoD HPC PETTT program.
