Jesmin Jahan Tithi is an HPC Software Architect at the Platform Architecture and Performance Team at Intel Corporation. Jesmin completed her Ph.D. in “Engineering high-performance parallel algorithms with applications to bioinformatics” at Stony Brook University, New York, USA in 2015 and Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2009. Jesmin served as a lecturer at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology which is the top engineering university in Bangladesh. During her Ph.D. study, she did successful internships at Intel Corporation, Google Inc., and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Her research interests are algorithm engineering, heterogeneous programming models, bioinformatics, and machine learning algorithms.
