Lucas Benedicic
Biography
Lucas Benedicic joined the Swiss National Supercomputer Center (CSCS) in 2014. Initially a member of the Future Systems group, he is currently part of the Systems Integration group where he leads the development of the GPU support for Shifter.
He received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Sciences from the University of Primorska in 2009 and the Jozef Stefan International Postgraduate School in 2014, respectively. His research interests include virtualization and container technologies for HPC, GPGPU, and the use of high-level languages in performance-critical applications.
