Michael Heroux

Biography
Michael Heroux is a senior scientist at Sandia National Laboratories and Scientist in Residence at Saint John's University, MN. He leads several projects in computational science, including the Trilinos scientific libraries and the HPCG Benchmark. He is the Editor-in-Chief for ACM Transactions on Mathematical Software (TOMS), initiating and establishing the Replicated Computational Results (RCR) Review for TOMS, which provides incentive and processes for improved scientific reproducibility by reviewing manuscript results. He is a member of the ad hoc ACM committee on Reproducibility, promoting increased emphasis on scientific reproducibility and establishing practical approaches for improvement. He is a Distinguished Member of the ACM.
