Mike Mason is the Team Leader for the Monitoring, Security and Data Analytics team in the HPC Environments group at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He is responsible for monitoring the full HPC datacenter, from facilities to systems and infrastructure. The team develops security monitoring tools for the platforms and works on several data analysis and alerting projects. Mike received Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics from The University of New Hampshire and a Masters in Physics from Texas A&M University. He has been working as a Scientist at LANL since 2011.
