Pradeep Kumar is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the George Washington University (GWU). His research interests are in computer systems, storage, and file systems. He is currently working on large-scale graph processing with special focus on storage and caching. Before joining GWU, he worked at Huawei Technologies and NetApp Inc. for over six years. He is a recipient of "Best New Comer Award" at Huawei Technologies. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, India.
