Robert Whitten is Group Leader of the User Assistance Group of the University of Tennessee's National Institute for Computational Sciences (NICS) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The User Assistance Group is tasked with providing technical support to researchers that use the leadership class computing resources of NICS. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in software engineering and an MBA.
