Sriram P. Chockalingam is a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He received M.Tech degree in Computer Science from IIT Hyderabad in 2010. His bachelors is in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. His research focus is in the development of parallel methods for High Throughput Sequencing data and reverse-engineering genome-scale gene networks.
