William Scullin is an Assistant Computational Scientist at the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility at Argonne National Laboratory in Argonne, Illinois, USA outside of Chicago. William is an active developer and evangelist of Python software and tools to improve system and scientific productivity in unique HPC environments such as the IBM Blue Gene /Q. Coming from a systems background, his main research interests are in workflows, system software, software engineering, data science, and bioinformatics.
