Got A High Performance Family? Here’s a Conference Built Just for You

For the first time, SC16 is pleased to offer childcare services at reduced costs to registered attendees, exhibitors, and official SC16 guests from November 13th to 18th.  The onsite childcare will be provided by a professional service called KiddieCorp – a national company that provides childcare for groups and conventions.  For SC16, they have designed fun-filled, age-appropriate “high-seas” themed adventure activities.  Children between the ages of 6 months through 12 years old are eligible to participate – but space is limited.

The goal is to provide children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience while allowing parents to immerse themselves worry-free into SC16 content and activities.  The children are separated into age appropriate groups with staff to child ratios of 1:2 for children ages 6 months through eleven months old; 1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old; 1:5 for children ages 3 through 5 years old; 1:7 for children ages 6 through twelve years old.

On-site KiddieCorp childcare hours at SC16 are as follows:

Sunday, Nov. 13          8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Monday, Nov. 14         8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Tuesday, Nov. 15         8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Wednesday, Nov. 16   8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Thursday, Nov. 17       8:00 am to 6:00 pm

SC16 is helping to reduce the rate to $5-$6.00/hour per child depending on age. Please note, advance registration for this service is required and limited.  Interested parents or legal guardians can sign children up by clicking here.

The deadline is Friday, Oct 14, 2016 – however space is not guaranteed. Refer to the KiddieCorp link above for additional terms and conditions.  Costs need to be paid directly to KiddieCorp rather than SC16 (this is a conference benefit to registrants). Payment in full is required to confirm childcare reservations.  Appropriate food and beverages will be provided (more information regarding meals available for purchase will be provided soon).  Kiddiecorp follows all state regulation immunization requirements within group childcare.
